# As Director of Operations for digital-telepathy, Arnold spends time in many areas of the house of dt. Being a ”family man,“ he is dedicated to making life good for the company, whether it be watering plants or reviewing contracts. A believer in the triple-bottom line philosophy of doing business, Arnold is dedicated to balance in all aspects of work and in life. As a longtime IT pro and technologist, he uses critical thinking and problem solving skills to guide the operations of dt. Possessing a degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Arnold’s past experience includes work with Abbott Laboratories and being an “IT jack of all trades” at The Options Clearing Corporation. In addition, Arnold was a partner in a private IT consultancy in the Chicagoland area, serving a variety of professional firms.
